A cold LinkedIn message can lead to a 20+ country contract
The starting point
BloodFlow sells into one of the hardest markets to crack: healthcare systems. Procurement committees, compliance reviews, clinical validation requirements… But behind every one of those steps there are people (a lot, by the way). So you need to be visible long before they are ready to buy. They understood this instinctively, and were already reaching out on LinkedIn, building connections, and showing up to industry events.
The raw material was there. What was missing was the infrastructure to turn that energy into a repeatable system.
What we did
We built the machine around what their CEO, Tiago Cunha Costa, was already doing well.

On the content side, we gave his LinkedIn activity a structure: a regular publishing cadence covering AI applications in clinical diagnostics, solution-specific insights, and personal experiences. To make sure that when a prospect got a message from him, they already had context.
On the campaigns side, we defined different ICP segments and activated multiple types running in parallel: cold ones to open new conversations, pre-event to book meetings around industry events he was attending, and referral to navigate into the right contacts inside target accounts. All running across LinkedIn and email.

The LinkedIn numbers told a clear story. Monthly impressions went from 5k to 17.5k (+235 %). New contacts per month from 153 to 284 (+86 %). All driven by the expert profile, not the company page. Because a founder talking to his industry always outperforms a brand account.
A lot of that comes down to Tiago. He makes content production easy and the process never stalls on his end. He knows his product, he knows his buyers, and when it is time to show up, he does.
On campaigns, we achieved a 13 % reply rate and a 3.7 % positive reply rate. An average of 10 qualified conversations per month that translated directly into pipeline.

In fact, one of those conversations became a pilot in Portugal. That expanded into Spain. That same partner has the potential to bring BloodFlow into 20+ countries.
While some are still debating whether LinkedIn is worth the effort, others are signing deals that could supply entire countries with their technology.
In their own words
Before working with Simbionte, I wasn't posting on LinkedIn at all. Today, we consistently publish two high-quality, expert-level posts per week, which has significantly increased my visibility in the AI and HealthTech space. I've had people approach me at conferences and industry events because they recognized my content, followed my work on LinkedIn, and viewed me as a thought leader in the field.
That visibility has translated into meaningful brand growth for both me personally and for BloodFlow. Our reach, credibility, and recognition within the healthcare innovation ecosystem have grown substantially, helping us build awareness with the exact audience we want to reach.
What makes it even more valuable is that the entire process is effectively hands-off for us. Simbionte manages the content operation end-to-end, and their outreach automation has also generated tangible business results, including helping us secure a pilot project with a major healthcare organization. The combination of personal branding, company visibility, and pipeline generation has delivered far more value than we initially expected.
